We suggest that you contact us before doing anything, as a number of clients in the past have started to dispose of items themselves before discovering the items were saleable!
Deceased estates, flats, lofts, garages, sheds, gardens, offices, shops and commercial premises. We are able to clear everything from the property, if requested, including all furniture, appliances, fixtures, fittings, carpets & clutter.
Rubbish can also be removed from the property and disposed of at a registered waste transfer station or recycling centre. Where possible, we always try to recycle.
We always work with compassion for the premises and possessions. We always remember that when clearing houses, we may be dealing with peoples loss, and handling possessions that may hold sentimental memories.
If you live away from the area and have other commitments, we don’t even require you to be at the property and can collect the keys to go and undertake the work whilst you continue with your day.
